Torsion Springs:

Both single and double torsion springs are produced at Winamac Coil Spring on computer controlled equipment. Wire sizes ranging from .008" to .625" are available with a wide variety of leg lengths and shapes, anchoring configurations and coil diameters to meet your torsion spring applications.

Extension Springs:

Our computer controlled coiling equipment gives us the ability to meet your most precise specifications for a wide variety of extension springs. Wire sizes ranging from .008" to .625" in diameter are available. End types available are machine, swivel and extended hook designs. Winamac Coil Spring specializes in custom hook configurations fabricated to individual customer requirements.

Wireforms:

Wireforming provides precision solutions to your application. With the capability of forming untempered wire up to .5" and tempered materials up to .295". Winamac Coil Spring, Inc. has the experience and capability to deliver many different models of wire. Roll and cut threading, staking, punching and swaging of wireforms provide additional service to your design needs. WCS verifies our manufactured wireforms to your 3-D models with our CMM.
